Club 50th Anniversary Celebrations
For half a century our club has brought people together to explore trails, share memorable moments, and build lasting friendships.
Our Celebration Lunch on Saturday 8th August is now fully booked. We have been delighted by the wonderful response and by hearing from so many past members.
A 50th Anniversary Celebration Tramp will take place on Sunday 9th August, with three participation options available. All options conclude with a BYO lunch (and BYO mug) at the Friends Building, 102 Hill Road, Auckland Botanic Gardens, Manurewa.
You can choose to join:
A tramp, departing at 9.00am
A walk, departing at 10.00am
A social catch-up, from 11.30am
Further details will be posted on the Upcoming Trips page in early August.
Health and wellbeing
If you are feeling unwell, we advise you to stay home and come tramping when you feel better.
If you become unwell during a Club activity, please notify the lead person so appropriate action can be taken. We advise everyone to carry a mask in case someone becomes unwell on a tramp.
Please ensure you carry any necessary emergency medications, including but not limited to those for asthma, severe allergic reactions, heart conditions, and similar medical needs.
We welcome visitors to all our activities.
